Annual Operational Support for autonomous spa management
Do you wish direct management of the spa by the owner in conjunction with that of the hotel? Relax massage is actively involved in :
- Ensuring continuous quality control of the spa services
- Quality audit, implementation of questionnaires to measure customer satisfaction
- Ensuring continuous monitoring of the team training (operational procedures, products, spa treatments and spa services)
- Updating the spa treatment menu and spa services
- Ensuring monthly site visits to monitor activity at the commercial, administrative and HR levels
- Providing support for specific R.P and marketing actions
- Setting up weekly and monthly reporting tools for the spa manager and the hotel
The spa operating contract for outsourced management
You wish to outsource the management of the spa in order to ensure optimal quality service that meets the requirements of your customers? Relax can provide you with the benefit of its expertise under an exclusive manage-ment and operating contract which consists of :
- The full responsibility for the operational functioning of the spa (Relax Massage pur-chases the products and provides all the services and amenities of the SPA in ac-cordance with the hotel standards)
- The responsibility for the administrative and functional organization of the spa (Relax Massage is responsible for the recruitment, payslips, planning, implementation of texts relating to labour legislation)
