Relax offers parent-child fitness sessions in your hotel's fitness room, "tourist jogs" for the whole family, and relaxation-oriented sessions with Yoga and Pilates.

With our partners Nougatine ("gourmet" natural products) and Toofruit ("fruity" organic range), who specialise in children's care and well-being, Relax offers a "gourmet" menu just for your little ones, which they can enjoy together, parent and child, without moderation!

All our children's products are natural, allergy-free and deliciously tasty!

Massage : « Repos des princes et princesses » is a soothing back, neck, arm and leg massage using a honey-vanilla or fruity-scented massage balm. A delicious, refreshing treat.

Skincare : « Le Soin gourmand visage » is a facial cleansing with our natural products, followed by a nourishing mask, then a sculpting care with a suitable cream! The icing on the cake: moisturising the lips with a delicious or fruity balm. Your children will be back to their angelic selves, delighted by the scent of vanilla or citrus fruit!

Hand Beauty : « Doigts de fée » is a complete hand care that includes filing, moisturising to nourish and repair the skin, and applying a child-friendly nail varnish with no controversial elements.

Foot Beauty: « Pieds de princesse » is a care to relax and nourish little feet: filing, foot bath, massage and nail varnish application adapted to children with no controversial elements.

Duo 45 minutes While the parent gives a 45-minute massage or facial, the child chooses at the same time from the Soin gourmand visage or the Repos des princes et princesses massage, also lasting 45 minutes.

Duo 1 hour While the parent enjoys a one-hour massage or facial, the child chooses 2 cares from our children's menu (Le Soin gourmand visage, Repos des princes et princesses, Doigts de fée and Pieds de princesse). Each care lasts approximately 30 minutes.
